to conclude a service agreement for the use of the CV-Finder service
1. General Provisions
1.1. This document is an official proposal (public offer), in accordance with Articles 633, 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On E-commerce", to conclude an agreement with any capable natural or legal person (hereinafter – User).
1.2. The Public Offer (hereinafter – the Offer) defines the terms of use of the online service CV-Finder located at https://cv-finder.com (hereinafter – the Service), which is owned and administered by Sole Proprietor Bohdan Vyacheslavovych Voydevych (Tax ID 3399211957, registered address: 09117, Ukraine, Kyiv Oblast, Bila Tserkva, Partyzanska Street, building 3, apartment 2,4,5).
1.3. Acceptance of this Offer is carried out by creating an account in the Service. Creating an account confirms that the User has read and fully understands this Public Offer.
1.4. The terms of use of the Service and the procedure for the provision of services defined by this Offer are mandatory for all Users.
2. Terms and Definitions
Service — an online platform available at cv-finder.com that provides services for creating resumes and other related functions.
User — a natural person who uses the Service, creates or has an account.
Account — a unique User account created in the Service.
Resume — a structured document created using the Service or uploaded by the user, containing information about education, work experience, skills, achievements and other data required for job search and presenting a professional profile.
AI features — tools and capabilities of the Service that operate based on artificial intelligence technologies and automated data processing, designed to improve, personalize and automate the processes of creating and optimizing resumes, job matching and user interaction.
3. Subject of the Agreement
3.1. The Service provides Users with access to tools for creating, storing and managing resumes, including the ability to publish and use AI features.
3.2. Services (e.g., template selection, access to premium features, resume promotion) may be provided for a fee according to the selected plan.
4. Procedure for Using the Service
4.1. To use the Service, the User must register, provide the required information and confirm agreement with the Offer and the Privacy Policy.
4.2. The User is obliged to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
4.3. Publishing a resume is possible only with the explicit consent of the User.

6. Conditions for Publishing Resumes
6.1. Publishing a resume is carried out exclusively with the User’s consent.
6.2. The Service is not responsible for the use of published resumes by third parties.
6.3. The User has the right to remove their resume from publication at any time.
7. Payment and Tariffs
7.1. The Service may provide a one-time free trial with subsequent paid subscription. The User’s subscription will automatically renew until canceled by the User.
7.2. Expanded capabilities are provided for a fee according to the tariffs posted on the Service.
7.3. The tariffs provide different functionality for a certain period. The Service may change the tariffs and their functionality with prior notice to the User 1 month before the changes.
7.4. Payment is made cashlessly through available payment systems.
7.5. If the User cancels auto-renew, access remains active until the end of the already paid period.
7.6. Payments for an already started billing period are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
7.7. The final amount charged may include provider commissions, currency conversion and mandatory taxes according to payment method and jurisdiction.
8. Liability of the Parties
8.1. The Service does not guarantee employment and is not responsible for the actions of employers or third parties.
8.2. The User bears full responsibility for the content of their resume and other data posted in the Service. All data posted by the User in the Service (including in the resume, profile or messages) must be truthful, up-to-date and not misleading.
8.3. The User must not post content that infringes copyrights, trademark rights, trade secrets, personal data of third parties or other legally protected rights.
8.4. In case the Service is used for fraud, distribution of spam, malware or other illegal activities, the User is liable under the law and must compensate for damages caused to the Service.
8.5. The Service is not liable for any loss of profit, expected savings, business opportunity, reputation, loss or damage to data and/or loss of work or employment opportunity, whether direct or indirect and whether foreseeable.
8.6. The Service is not liable for non-performance of this Offer arising from events beyond the control of the Service. Events beyond the control of the Service include, but are not limited to: internet or network failures or outages, telecommunications failures, power outages, household malfunctions, mobilization, war, traffic, strikes, supply stoppages, natural disasters, as well as any changes in circumstances or decisions of third parties.
8.7. The Service is not responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect or unauthorized use of the Service by third parties.
8.8. The Service is not responsible for accidental payments, mistaken payments, or payments made without the User’s intention. Such payments are considered to have been made by the User independently and under their responsibility, unless otherwise expressly provided by applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All rights to the software code, design and functionality of the Service belong to its owner.
9.2. The User retains copyright to their resume, but grants the Service a non-exclusive license for its technical processing and storage.
10. AI Features and Automated Processing
10.1. AI features operate based on algorithms for processing text and User data.
10.2. The User confirms consent to the processing of the entered data by the Service’s AI tools.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1. Disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached – in court under the laws of Ukraine.
12. Term of the Offer and Amendments
12.1. These Terms take effect from the moment the User starts using the Service.
12.2. The User may cancel the subscription at any time through their Account or by contacting the Service. The User agrees that the subscription will be automatically renewed monthly until the User cancels it. To avoid renewal, the User must cancel the subscription before the scheduled renewal date.
12.3. The Offer is valid indefinitely from the moment of its publication on the website.
12.4. The Service has the right to change the terms of the Offer with notice to Users.
